More about Mighty Mighty Delta Chapter Zeta Sigma Chi's Delta Chapter was founded March 31, 1996 by four Radiant Founders -- also known as 4titude. 4titude Dominica Rojas Susie Hernandez Rebecca Garcia Melissa Hernandez Located in East Lansing, Michigan, Delta Chapter is one of the most diverse organizations represented at Michigan State University. We have had 39 radiant ladies come into our chapter since it's inception in 1996.
